What payment methods do you accept?
1. PayPal 2. Credit Card (Master, Visa etc) 3. Electronic funds transfer (i.e.: wire transfer) in Nepal or in USA. Payment is expected within 7 days. If not received within 7 business days, item will be relisted. Please include all purchase information, your name and correct mailing address (including street address). Though the stock shown on the website are one or two pcs., you may ask for any quantity while ordering. Please contact us before placing an order.

We accept custom order or buyer's specific design. We provide exclusive design as per the request. Please send your request with details.

Processing of order and shipment?
For large size orders, we use both sea and air freight mode of shipment as per client's instruction. When buying ready made products from shop amounting below 100 Kg, we advise buyers to use DHL/TNT Express Courier door to door service that delivers within 4 to 5 business days. On receipt of custom order, we will e-mail acknowledgement and request for prepayment on custom orders. Custom order shipment normally takes from three weeks to maximum of three months depending upon size of order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to those countries having DHL/TNT Express Courier service. If the system informs you of unavailability of shipment facility to your country during online purchase, please send us an email. We will reconfirm and let you know if the shipment can be sent to your country or not.
